Warranty Policy

To protect the interests of customers when shopping for favorite products at HAPPYCO, we would like to send the following detailed warranty commitment.

HAPPYCO is very sorry if your product is defective and requires a warranty claim. 

However, HAPPYCO will only warrant the product in the following cases:

+ Products are manufactured and distributed from HAPPYCO

+ The product is defective from the production stage, not affected during use, through your failure to comply or change the usage specifications, or due to external factors (too wet, too dry, termites or elements from electrical equipment, rust, ... chemicals or solvents you use are not suitable)

The product is still within the warranty period

+ The warranty stamp on the product is intact.

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY PRODUCTS

HAPPYCO products are tested many times during the production process to ensure the product quality meets the absolute standards. Therefore, HAPPYCO can only commit to some warranty policies related to product materials or products that are defective due to the production process. Please bring the original receipt to the Customer Care counter for advice and product warranty. In the event that you lose the original receipt, HAPPYCO regrets not being able to implement the warranty policy for your product.
