2. Instructions for exchange / return - refund .

+ Step 2: Please bring the product with order information to HAPPYCO office for exchange. In case customers are not convenient or can not come directly to HAPPYCO office. Please pack the product and send it by post to HAPPYCO office Address: 526/2, KP. 8A, Tan Bien Ward, City. Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province
+ Step 3: HAPPYCO will recall the product and exchange a new product with your order if the fault is caused by HAPPYCO (excluding shipping fee) for you.
